My only argument is one of biological fact.
The piece opens with these words “Nothing infuriates me more than when a man says that men are stronger than women like it is a biological fact. You know what? That is bullshit.” It then goes on to describe how the reinforcement of gender roles is the reason that women are perceived as physically weaker (I can’t think of a better word.) than men. I was simply pointing out that it is, actually, a biological fact.
Are there “jacked” women? Of course there are, but how many of them do you think got that way without assistance of steroids or hormone treatments? Of the ones that didn’t, how many do you believe don’t produce an untypically high amount of testosterone? Do I believe that women have an equal/superior amount of drive and effort as men do? Absolutely! There is no question.
Furthermore, the suggestion that men should attempt to procreate with women that they are not sexually attracted to in order to force-evolve women into men is absurd. Like, comic-book, super-villain absurd. (Disclaimer: At least that’s how I read that last bit.)
